Allow Creation of Containers from Bluemix Community

A feature request: Bluemix community can make their container templates "public" and other Bluemix people can instantiate containers based on such "published" container templates. This might involve making their Bluemix Docker repository "public."

Hello, Mr. Rosen.  I either missed your August 23rd comment or wasn't notified of its existence.  I'm sorry that you never received a response.  I thought that some Bluemix UI could offer a field where someone would specify a "public" Bluemix repository, then the container could be produced from that repository, instead of the current limitation of private repositories.  ("Current" as of August 23rd, 2016.)

I'm glad to read about the plan for this enhancement.

This will be delivered with the next gen container service based on Kubernetes, therefore allowing users to deploy from any public Docker registry.

Is the request to essentially replicate DockerHub's ability for a user to push their images and make them available to others within the IBM Containers environment?
