Dear Colleagues, In addition to my previous comments and for your information, there was a support case CS2074513 open in this regard, in which the client is sharing a screenshot of the csv. file. for two results
"when I click on "exporting a ticket in CSV". Downloading a single ticket shows nothing meaningful in cell A1. The second one just gives a brief overview of the tickets but not the all the entries of the tickets."
