The support case need be opened when the issues or questions are not able to solve or answered during the chat. It takes time for supports or client to create case at ServiceNow.
Adding "create support case" button at chat box will make easier to create a case.
Ideally after clicking on this button, the client will see two parts "title "and "Description" to fill out. After fill out them, the case will be created and the chat history will be also kept in the case notes as well. The issue is summarized in the description meanwhile all the detailed information of chat kept in the note.
