Add fields for Bluemix Maintenance Notifications

Hi,

It would be extremely useful for us to add more posible fields to the notifications that we are subscribed.

Searching in the Bluemix Console Documentation the only values available for the notifications are the following:

We designed the template that helps more our needs for "Maintenance notifications", and there are some values that we do not know how we could obtain it, but we could found them in the Bluemix Console.

 

Work item, Duration, Customer Approval Required, Disruptive Impact and Scheduled Date and TIme. All these values are in System Information --> System Updates --> Information

Date of Deployment Started and Date of Deployment Completed. These values are in System Information --> System Updates --> History

    SK requested for the same enhancement of having a the template of maintenance notification with Customer Approval Required column. For Bank of Tokyo, they has request with the DR number to be part of the notification that allow them to match during the schedule or approval from the Bluemix console. Please consider this request. Thank you

    How about adding the CR/DR number and CR/DR name?
