Export/Import & Copy/Paste of DevOps Toolchains, Pipelines, ....
Description:
Migrating existing Cloud Foundry toolchain to Resource Group is cumbersome because it must be fully manually recreated.
When creating new toolchain, it is not possible to create it base on an existing one.
Providing Toolchain Export/Import feature or capability to Copy/Paste pipeline or stage would greatly improve DevOps productivity when setting-up toolchain.

We plan to support direct migration of toolchains from CF orgs to Resource Groups as has been done for other resources.
