"Get Help" section trouble

Once i got into "Get Help" section, i entered the key obstacles i faced in making my app. Later clicked my dashboard tab for looking at some essential, later returned to "get help" center and found my work lost!
Please look in to solve this problem by saving text temporarily...

    This happened to me several times, as I switched windows while adding screen caps and details to my problem report. I would suggest you allow the user to "pin" (and unpin) the sidebar UI for Get Help/Contact Us, and have that be the default behaviour - similar to what some Rational CLM products do. If it continues to close, it should persist the user data and allow the user to reopen the side bar to complete their work, until the user submits or cancels the request.
